Administrative
Do I need to provide a tenant file with an employment contract?
No : only an ID card or Passport is required for each occupant.
No need for an employment contract, salary slip, proof of address etc.
Is there a rental deposit required ?
No: if your rental period does not exceed 27 days.
Yes: if your rental period is 28 days or more, the deposit is reduced to € 500 and returned at the end of your stay (subject to good order), by bank transfer.
Can I receive post mails ?
Yes: a mailbox is located in front of the building.
Booking
How to visit the accommodation before booking ?
A visualization is accessible through the gallery, in high definition, to project yourself into the accommodation. Additionally, a detailed description of equipment’s is available.
How to pay my rent and rental charges ?
As you prefer :
- with PayPal, in several installments free of charge (subject to conditions)
- with Visa, MasterCard
How to book my accommodation ?
Instantly by chosing your arrival and departure dates, then the number of occupier(s).
When is the arrival into the accommodation possible ?
Immediately: after payment, your access codes are sent by email
Can I extend my renting period ?
Yes : if your accommodation is still available, the booking is done online on ResidenceCenter.fr
Can I rent for a short-term period ?
Yes: it is possible to rent for a minimum of 7 days.
Can several people occupy the accommodation ?
Yes: everything is designed to accommodate up to 2 adults.
Price
What is the price of my accommodation ?
The longer you stay, the less you pay.

Is everything included ?
Yes: the rent includes the fixed charges (cold water, hot water, electricity, heating, internet, air conditioning, cleaning of common areas, etc.), without extra charge.
Is cleaning included ?
Yes: the common areas are cleaned every week (included in the charges package).
Living there
Is the accommodation shared or a co-living ?
No: each accommodation is completely independent (bathroom, toilet, kitchen, living room/office are private).
The common areas allow you to receive your guests or share a friendly moment with the other occupants of the residence (football match, film, cooking/pastry, etc.)
Can I wash my clothes ?
Yes: a washing machine is available for free, as well as ironing equipment.
Should I bring my sheets, towels, household linen or anyhing else ?
No: everything is ready for your arrival (bath towel, sheets, tea towel, soap, etc.).
You only need to come with your suitcases, you are at home.
Are there several beds or several rooms ?
No: each accommodation has only one bedroom, with one large double bed.
Is internet access available ?
Yes: a high-speed internet connection is accessible everywhere with WiFi at ResidenceCenter.
Rules
Is it allowed to smoke at ResidenceCenter ?
No: For health and safety reasons, accommodation and common areas are non-smoking. An ashtray is available outside the building.
Can I bring my pet ?
No: with some exceptions (on request), pets are not allowed for hygiene reasons and potential nuisance for your neighbors.
Mobilité
Can I park my car ?
Yes: a large number of free parking spaces are available in front of the building, in a quiet place.
Can I charge my electric car ?
No: for technical reasons we are not yet able to offer this service.
Is public transport nearby ?
Yes for free: CFL railway station (trains to Luxembourg), about 10 minutes by walking, same for the bus station for buses to Luxembourg.
Is there a highway nearby ?
Yes: 3 highways are within 5 km
France: A31 exit Volmerange-les-Mines / Hettange-Grande
Luxembourg: A13 Dudelange-Burange / Bettembourg and A3 Dudelange-Centre
